Beyond Spectrums (Fall 2024)
Elouise, an alien, arrives on Earth seeking a new home. Yet, her alien traits make it challenging to adapt to human norms and the new environment. Is this world truly meant for her to call home?
I began this project with very ambitious ideas. However, with only two semesters to complete it, I had to scrap several scenes I did in the first semester (Spring 2024). Simplifying the narrative while preserving my message was challenging, but with helpful feedback, I figured it out in time.
I believe that the process is just as important as the final piece. You can view the deleted scenes in this video!
